The hotel was stunningly beautiful, and fairly clean, and the location was unbeatable to Igautumi shopping mall. The staff were very friendly all the time, at reception service and cleaning service. The room we had was practical and functional with a working desk and good air conditioning, for instance. Location: the venue was so close to the Center of Town, and the Pinheiros river. Had nice dainties at Ducaffe, located not very far from the hotel.

When we had an issue with the chair in the Business Center, the staff immediately addressed our concerns and handled the situation professionally. They were attentive, empathetic, and made sure we felt heard. It was a refreshing change from some of the negative experiences we've had at other hotels. The hotel's location was convenient, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its great service and amenities.
